This Privacy Policy explains how Logomax (“Logomax,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you interact with our website and related services. We are committed to handling your personal data with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, particularly the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (“LFPDPPP”) of Mexico. Our practices are designed to ensure transparency, informed consent, and respect for your rights as a data subject.

2. Personal Data Collected

When you access or use our services, we may collect personal data that is necessary to provide and improve our platform. This includes information such as your name, email address, billing address, and password when you create an account. If you request a logo customization, you may also provide your brand name, tagline, and preferences regarding color or design elements. Additionally, you may upload reference files or images to support your customization request. Communication exchanged through the customization chat may be stored as part of your service history.

Users may also optionally upload a profile image when submitting a review of a purchased logo. This image is associated solely with your public user profile and can be removed at any time by editing your account settings.

You may also choose to provide your company name, although this is not required. Please note that we do not request or process sensitive personal data as defined by Mexican law.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The personal data you provide is used solely for legitimate purposes associated with the operation of our services. These purposes include granting access to your user account, processing transactions, issuing invoices, delivering purchased logos, and fulfilling customization requests. Uploaded files are used strictly for the purpose of completing your design instructions and are not reused, repurposed, or shared outside of this context.

We also use your data to provide user support, enforce our legal terms, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, select service providers involved in hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing may receive limited access to your data when strictly necessary. All such providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable Mexican data protection standards.

5. User Rights and Control over Personal Data

As the data subject, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (commonly known as ARCO rights) at any time, as provided under the LFPDPPP. You may also revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data or object to specific processing purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

Requests to exercise these rights must be submitted via email and must contain sufficient information to identify your account and the data in question. We may request identification documents to validate your request. All requests will be handled in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set forth by applicable law.

6. Data Security and International Storage

We implement strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure that your personal data remains secure and protected from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Uploaded files and images are stored securely on servers that comply with recognized international data protection frameworks. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all storage systems are subject to regular audits and updates to maintain compliance.
